dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to investigate The Effect Task- Based Learning Integrated With Picture on Students’ Ability In using Passive Voice.With the Implementation of Task-Based Learning and Picture media can be improve the students’ ability in writing skill. The type of this research was quantitative method, the population of this research was the third grade students of MTs Swasta YPI Sebulul Huda Saentis which consist 60 students. The sample of the research consisted of 30 students form IX A as control class and 30 students from IX B as experimental class. The instrument of the research used of this research was test (Multiple choice) in pre-test and post-test. The data derived from the observation, interview, treatment and test. (pre- test and post- test). The data indicated that, there was a significant between the students ‘achievement pre-test and post-test in the experimental class and pre-test and post- test in the control class. The result of the research showed that student’ average in pre-test was (21.8) but, the average score in post-test was (74.30) form experimental class was 68%, and the average score in post-test was (60.03).While the improvement score from pre-test was (30.6) form control class was 44%. The students’ percentage who passed KriteriaKetuntasan Minimal (KKM) 70% the researcher found that the value of the T-test 3.52 was higher that T-table 1.40 (3.52 >1.40) at the level of significance 0.06 with degree of freedom (df) = 58. Based on finding of research, it can be conclude that the use TBL integrated with picture was technique teaching effective to increase students’ writing ability of passive voice lesson in third year students at MtsSwasta YPI Sebulul Huda Saentis. | en_US |
