Abstract: Abstract: Organizational transformation is a directed effort in creating a new vision for the organization. The purpose of organizational transformation is to respond the environmental changes or initiate change. Changes in the role and transformation of human resources are expected to be able to increase comprehensive credibility in human resources in response to changes in the business environment. The challenge of organizational transformation is to find and develop better processes by leaving the past leading to better processes for the future of the organization.
