Abstract: Learning media is an aid for the success of the teaching and learning process. As a component of the success of the teaching and learning process, the provision of learning media becomes a necessity. In the observations made by the researcher, several problems faced by the school were found, one of which is the lack of student interest in learning mathematics, the scarcity of learning media used, and the lack of innovative teaching models. The goal of this research is to develop a labyrinth media to increase student interest in learning by using the Team Games Tournament model. This study uses the ADDIE model, which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Research and Development (R&D) is the research method used to produce a specific product and test its effectiveness. Based on the steps conducted by the researcher, the results of the feasibility scores for the Labyrinth learning media, which were validated by material experts, showed a score of 92% in the first stage and 98% in the second stage. The media expert score was 92%, the teacher response score was 94%, and the student response score was 93.4%. Based on the results presented, it can be concluded that the Labyrinth media for teaching Mathematics in Chapter 2 for 4th grade elementary school students, developed by the researcher, is classified as "Very Feasible" to be used as a learning medium for 4th grade students.
