dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was to find out whether there is significant effect of using story face strategy on students’ achievment in reading comprehension. This research was conducted in MTS Al-Washliyah Medan students of seventh grade. This research used a quantitative design with two classes, control class consisted to 30 students and the second is the experimental class consisted to 30 students. This research used narrative text as learning media. The technique of collecting data of this research was pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The result of this research was a significant effect of story face strategy. The students achieved a good score but in control class was lower than experimental class. It could be shown as follow that t-test was 10.81 which df= n-2= 28, and t table . tobserved > t table. tobserved was 10.81 is higher than ttable with 1.70.en_US
