Abstract: The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the efficacy of magic performed by Meg, (2) to determine how magic existed in America during the industrial revolution that occurred in the novel A Wrinkle in Time. In this case, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method to identify and analyze data.The source of the data from this research were novel, journal, and web article related with magic in revolution industrial. It was concluded that the existence of magic power was in the kinds of efficacity and in the technology created in the novel A Wrinkle in Time. The writer hopes that this research can be useful for all students who learn novels and become a source for learning materials
