In this paper we use optimal control techniques, SEIR model of Covid 19 in case Indonesia, in order to establish vaccination, personal protective measures and treatment plans to control the spread of an infectious disease. We validate them by the use of the Maximum Principle. The findings revealed that the best practice of combining all three intervention measures considerably reduces the proportion of people who are exposed and symptomatic, as well as those who are asymptomatic.en_US
