Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find the types of discrimination and the impact of discrimination in the novel The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison's. This research used descriptive research methods or describes the phenomena or research facts as they are. The data used in the study were in the form of words, phrases and sentences found in the novel The Bluest Eye. The research technique used in this research is data collection techniques and data management techniques. The conclusion of this research is that this novel describes the lives of black women who are featured in the novel who are discriminated against by white people. Every kind of discrimination found in the novel has some meaning in showing discrimination against black people.
